INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION - IN ACCORDANCE WITH GDPR

Information on the protection of personal data. Since May 25, 2018, the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) has been in force, which regulates the protection of personal data. The purpose of this act is to increase the protection of natural persons' data and to provide greater control over their processing by entities operating in the European Union. Therefore, we present detailed information on how we protect personal data.

Our approach to personal data protection

The company Bracia Bertrand sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Luzino, ul. Wejherowska 12, 84-242 Luzino, operates in accordance with the highest standards of data protection. Therefore, we make every effort to ensure their security and compliance of processing with the provisions of the GDPR. Purposes and basis of data processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• To execute contracts concluded with you, e.g. service or construction contracts (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).
• To comply with legal requirements, such as tax or accounting requirements (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).
• To protect our legitimate interests, e.g. to pursue claims (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
• If you have given your consent, also for the purposes specified in that consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

How long do we store data?

We store data until statutory obligations are fulfilled, contracts expire, consent is withdrawn or claims are time-barred. However, the maximum storage period is 10 years from the date on which claims become due.

Recipients of personal data

Your data may be transferred to entities supporting our activities, such as banks, payment institutions or subcontractors.

Rights under the GDPR

According to the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your data and obtain a copy thereof.
• Delete your data when its processing is no longer necessary (“right to be forgotten”).
• Transferring data in a structured format.
• Restrictions on processing in certain cases.
• Correct your data if it is out of date or incorrect.
• Objection to processing, including for marketing purposes.
• Withdraw your consent to processing at any time.

Data security

Data is protected by advanced technical and organizational measures. We treat information about customer relationships as a business secret.

Transferring data outside the European Union

We inform you that personal data is not transferred outside the European Union. Moreover, data processing does not include profiling.
