He was looking for a company that would take on such an order for a long time and finally - after a bit of a round - he found Bertrand. He didn't expect miracles, just an answer like: "No, we don't do such things." How surprised he was when he heard a question on the phone: - First of all, please tell me what dimensions these doors would have? – And then it just went downhill from there.
