BB80 Alu - an aluminium and PVC hybrid

BB80 Alu is a hybrid window system that combines two materials in a single construction. On both the outside and the inside, aluminium shells (an ALU-PVC-ALU structure) give the window the look, slimness and durability of aluminium joinery on both faces. At its heart works a PVC core that delivers outstanding thermal insulation — this is what lets the window reach passive-house performance.
In this construction, the aluminium profiles replace the steel reinforcements normally used in PVC windows, making the window lighter and production simpler and faster. It is deliberately positioned as an alternative to aluminium windows for those who want their look but expect better thermal performance at a lower price. The finished windows are fully recyclable and work with sliding, door and façade systems.
