PRODUCTION PLANT COORDINATOR (STRZEBIELINO)
Due to dynamic development Bertrand Brothers Company poszukuje pracownika na stanowisko koordynatora zakładu produkcyjnego (miejsce pracy: Strzebielino).
Responsibilities
- Zarządzanie podległym zespołem około 60 pracowników
- Nadzór i odpowiedzialność za terminowość oraz jakość wytworzonego produktu – realizacja celów produkcyjnych
- Optymalizacja i doskonalenie istniejących procesów oraz zdolności produkcyjnych w zakresie jakości i kosztów
- Nadzór nad poziomem realizacji, zdefiniowanych przez przełożonego, KPI
- Współpraca z innymi działami firmy (m.in. zakupy, magazyny, technologia, sprzedaż)
Our expectations
- Co najmniej 3-letnie doświadczenie na stanowisku zarządzającym w firmie produkcyjnej (kierownik mistrz, brygadzista, lider)
- Umiejętność organizacji pracy podległych pracowników (delegowanie i egzekwowanie zadań) – wysoko rozwinięte kompetencje miękkie w zarządzaniu ludźmi
- Umiejętność analizy wskaźników produkcyjnych
- Praktyczne umiejętności i wiedza z zakresu optymalizacji procesów produkcyjnych
- Znajomość systemów i narzędzi Lean Manufacturing
- Proaktywna postawa
- Znajomość procesów i branży stolarki drewnianej – dodatkowy atut
